        Manfred, hattest du mir nicht mal beigebracht, dass Mücken nur bei Geschwindigkeiten bis 15 km/h mithalten können? Also: einfach schneller sein, egal, was kommt. ;)

          Ja, Andreas, ich hoffe, dass die Couch den Strassenverhältnissen stand hält und keine Stops in den Hoheitsgebieten der Mücken erforderlich werden :-))
          Wie lief denn dein 600er in Brandenburg? Das Wetter konnte doch wohl nicht besser sein!

      Dear Olga, this is no appetizing meal, but pure energy supply!
      The food fulfils the function like refuelling your car with gasoline in the gas station. The gasoline is also not appetizing :-D

        Probably I understand nothing in this question. But it seems to me a piece of meat with vegetables would be more rational energy supply. :-))

          During sportive load, the body needs carbohydrates for energy. Noodles are rich in carbohydrates.
          After sportive load, the body needs protein for muscle recovery. Meat contains protein and is therefore a good meal after the workout!
          Vitamins and minerals of vegetables are always good :-))

    How do you feel yourself at rekambent on 600 km?

      The couch rolled well and is very comfortable!
      The typical discomfort of a standard road bike on long distances did not exist: no pains in the neck, in the wrists or at the backside!

      Yes dear Olga, Lutz rides an aerodynamic kind of recumbent.
      The red tail has 2 functions:
      - It is a mudguard, which prevents, that the rear wheel squirts water of the road at the neck of the rider.
      - The rear light is integrated in the tail.

      Nearly 50 cyclists took part in the bicycle marathon. This was a relatively high number for a marathon with 600 kms of distance.
